Shipping & Delivery Policy (U.S.)

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States (contiguous 48 states, plus AK & HI; PO/APO/FPO where carrier service allows). Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment centers.

2. Handling & Dispatch

Orders placed Mon–Fri are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Peak seasons and promotions may require extra time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)

4. Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and service. Free-shipping thresholds, if any, will be clearly displayed on the site.

5. Tracking

Once shipped you will receive a tracking email/SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update scans.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your U.S. shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk passes upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a claim.

8. International Orders

At this time we do not ship internationally from this site.
